This technique allows for the conversion of conventionally designed concrete structures into precast alternatives. This presentation will focus on emulative precast concrete moment frames and explore project characteristics that make the transition to precast advantageous, highlight potential challenges in the process, and showcase real-world examples of successful implementation.
