SE3 Happy Hours - Monthly Starting in June 2021, the SE3 Committee began hosting monthly happy hour events to provide an opportunity for Generational Differences Panel Discussion - November 2022 The SE3 Committee hosted a panel discussion with 5 structural engineers at varying levels in their careers to gain different perspectives on topics like work-life balance, communication styles, managing burnout, career development, and more. Attendees had an opportunity to ask questions both in-person and anonymously during the event.
Speed Mentoring Event - May 2022 The SE3 Committee hosted this event to provide younger engineers the ability to engage with experienced firm leaders. The purpose of this program was to engage individuals working within our profession and Special thanks to our sponsors for this event: Joint YM + SE3 Pickleball Event - February 2022 The SE3 Committee co-hosted an event at Chicken-N-Pickle in Grand Prairie with our Younger Member Committee. |
