Presentation Summary:

Dickies Arena is a 14,000-seat multi-purpose venue in Fort Worth, Texas. Opened in 2019 and winner of a 2021 AISC IDEAS2 award, it hosts a myriad of event types –  the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, gymnastics, concerts, conventions, and private events – while expanding the city’s cultural district and complementing the historic Will Rogers Coliseum. The presenters will highlight the structural design of the facility, including the 280’ x 420’ clear span roof over the primary arena, the elevated three-acre plaza structure, and the dramatic architectural feature elements throughout the venue.
